The Royal Audit Authority (RAA) was delighted to welcome back Mr. Tshering Dorji Gyeltshen, Assistant Audit Officer, following his three-month journey with the Pelsung Programme—an initiative inspired by His Majesty’s vision to empower the youth of Bhutan as capable custodians of the Gelephu Mindfulness City.
