On his return from Casablanca, Morocco, after attending the Masterclass on “Leading SAI Institutional Change”, the Auditor General of Bhutan held a bilateral meeting with Shri K. Sanjay Murthy, Comptroller & Auditor General of India, on 3 October 2025.
The discussion focused on reviewing the ongoing activities under the current Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the Royal Audit Authority (RAA) and the Office of the Comptroller & Auditor General (CAG) of India, which is due to expire on 22 April 2026. The meeting also deliberated on the renewal of the MoU, the official invitation for the CAG to visit Bhutan, and the initiation of new collaborative activities to further strengthen cooperation and mutual benefits between the two Supreme Audit Institutions.
