Three auditors from the RAA are attending a regional workshop at the Asian Development Bank (ADB) Headquarters in Manila, Philippines, under the IDI/ADB initiative on Sustainable Performance Audit Practices in Asia and the Pacific.
Jointly organised by the INTOSAI Development Initiative (IDI) and the ADB, the workshop aims to strengthen the quality of performance audit reports and promote the application of the International Standards of Supreme Audit Institutions (ISSAIs). It also introduces the Engagement Quality Review (EQR) as a key tool to assess and enhance audit quality.
The RAA’s participation is expected to further support its efforts to produce credible performance audit reports and strengthen public confidence in government performance.
