The Royal Audit Authority (RAA) released the Annual Audit Report 2024–25, along with two Performance Audit Reports on the Commercial Agriculture and Resilient Livelihoods Enhancement Programme (CARLEP) and Climate Change Adaptation Actions in Water Resources Management, on 26 December 2025.
In accordance with Article 25(5) of the Constitution of the Kingdom of Bhutan and Section 114 of the Audit Act of Bhutan 2018, the RAA submitted the reports to His Majesty The Druk Gyalpo and to the Parliament. The reports were subsequently tabled during the Joint Sitting of the Fourth Session of the Fourth Parliament on the same date.
